Gold Medal Wine Club is an American wine-of-the-month club that has been sending out shipments since the early 1990s; its own pages give 1992 for the first Gold club shipment. Rather than selling one-off bottles from a big catalogue, it picks wines from featured wineries, many in California, and ships them to members on a schedule.
There are several club levels. The Gold club is the entry point, Platinum steps up to pricier bottles, and Diamond is a quarterly-only club of three reds per shipment, kept small because of limited availability. Members choose how many bottles come in each shipment and how often (monthly, every other month or quarterly for most levels), and there are prepaid gift subscriptions plus a wine store for reorders. The club says you can cancel at any time, and its Love It Guarantee replaces or credits any wine that arrives broken or that you don't like.
Shipping is charged on top of club prices and depends on your zip code and the number of bottles, apart from some 12-bottle options and prepaid gifts that include ground shipping. Deliveries need an adult signature from someone 21 or over, and the club can't ship to some states (including Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi and Utah), PO boxes, military or international addresses. Please drink responsibly. Adults 21 and over only.
| Shipping | Shipping is extra and depends on zip code, bottle count and number of shipments. Orders are processed in about 2 business days and arrive 3 to 7 business days later (longer for some states). An adult signature (21+) is required; no delivery to some states, PO boxes, military or international addresses. |

| Returns | Love It Guarantee: bad, broken or disliked wine is replaced or credited. If a delivery fails after three carrier attempts, the package returns to the club and a reship fee applies. |
| Ways to pay | Club shipments are charged per shipment; members can cancel at any time. |
