iroha is a Japanese brand of intimate products for women, launched in 2013 by TENGA Co., Ltd., the Tokyo company founded in 2005. The brand was created by a team of women at TENGA and takes its name from a traditional poem used to learn the Japanese kana alphabet. Its products are designed in Japan, with most made there and some in China, and their look borrows from Japanese crafts. This store is for adults only.
The US store sells the iroha range of personal massagers and related items in soft, rounded designs and pastel colours, grouped into named series such as zen and SAKURA. A blog covers the brand's background and buying guides.
Orders ship from US warehouses in California, Texas and New Jersey, with standard and expedited options and free shipping over a set spend in the contiguous US. Orders can only be changed within a short window after you place them. Returns are limited to unopened, unused items within 30 days, at your own shipping cost; faulty products are handled through a support request. Items bought from Amazon or other sellers must go back to that seller.

It depends on the code. Many promo codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
