ADO is an electric bike brand from Shenzhen A DECE OASIS Technology Co., based in China. It describes German-influenced design and runs an SGS-certified test laboratory, and it has technical service centres in the UK, Germany and Poland. Its site lists local warehouses in several countries, including the United States, from which bikes are shipped to US customers.
The range is built around compact and folding e-bikes. The Air series includes the Air 20 folding bike in several versions, lightweight Air Carbon and Air Carbon Pro models and the Air One, while the A20 family covers folding and fat-tyre bikes. ADO also sells chargers, brakes and other spare parts; accessories usually ship from China and can take a few weeks. Not every model is available from the US warehouse, so check each product's shipping table before ordering.
Shipping is free to the US except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and orders are processed within about 48 business hours. ADO's own pages give different return terms, but in general you can return a bike bought direct only if it has done very few miles, has no frame damage and comes back in its original carton, and a depreciation or restocking fee is deducted. Bikes bought from other retailers follow that retailer's policy.
