CIARRA is a kitchen appliance brand run by AirWin Group HK Limited, a Hong Kong company. Its US About page says it was founded in 2017 by a group with more than 20 years in kitchen appliance manufacturing, with the aim of making cooking easier. It started in Europe and has since expanded into North America, where it runs a separate US store priced in dollars.
The US range centres on ventilation and induction. There are under-cabinet, wall-mount and insert range hoods, many convertible between ducted and ductless use, plus the HOOD TO GO, a small desktop range hood for apartments, dorms and hot-pot nights. Induction products include the 1500W Donut portable cooktop and other portable burners, a downdraft cooktop, induction-ready cookware sets, and bundles that pair a cooktop with a hood. A clearance section lists reduced lines.
Standard shipping is free and takes about 10 to 15 working days; express costs extra and takes 5 to 10. Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but only after contacting customer service for authorisation, and you pay return shipping unless the fault is CIARRA's. US returns go to a warehouse in California.
