About Cut Golf
Cut Golf is a direct-to-consumer golf ball brand from Southern California. It was started in 2016 by a golfer who was tired of paying premium prices for balls he kept losing, and it built its following through social media and a Golf Digest Hot List award. Its pitch is tour-style performance for roughly half the price of the big-name brands, sold online rather than through pro shops.
The range is short and arranged by skill level. Cut Red is a two-piece ball for slower swing speeds, Cut Grey is a three-piece urethane ball for players with moderate swing speeds, Cut Blue is a four-piece ball with a 314-dimple pattern for a lower flight and greenside control, and Cut DC is a dual-core urethane ball for faster swings. Dozens started at $16.00 for Cut Red and ran up to $29.95 for Cut DC when we checked. You can also get custom golf balls printed with your own logo or text, and gift cards.
Shipping is free on orders over $55, and the store prices in US or Canadian dollars. Returns are accepted within 60 days if the balls are unused and in their original packaging, and you pay for return shipping.
