eye-oo is an online eyewear shop run by Eyeoo S.r.l., a company registered in Bologna, Italy, at via de' Musei 4. It sells to customers across Europe and beyond, and the US version of the site charges in US dollars.
The range covers designer sunglasses and optical frames, custom lenses (prescription and non-prescription) and contact lenses, plus smart and audio eyewear such as Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, Even Realities and Nuance Audio. Custom lens orders take up to 5 working days to process, or up to 10 when the frame comes from the maker's warehouse.
US orders go by DHL Express in 2 to 4 working days for a flat $30, and eye-oo says it covers all import fees for shipments to the USA, so there should be no duty bill on delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but a EUR 25 handling fee is taken off each refunded item for US returns, sale items can't be returned, and custom lenses are only refunded if they're faulty or don't match the prescription you gave. Customer care is in Italy, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 CET, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
