About Flags Connections
Flags Connections, Inc. is a New York company based in North Babylon on Long Island that makes and sells flag display cases. It says its cases are American made and built to hold and protect military, burial and memorial flags.
The main range is wooden flag cases: burial and casket flag cases, cases sized for 3x5, 4x6, 5x8 and 5x9.5 foot flags, flag and document cases, flag and medal display cases, flag and photo cases, pedestal displays and personalised cases. It also sells military medal display cases, sword displays, challenge coin stands, military photo frames, wall tributes, indoor American flags and flagpole kits.
Prices are in US dollars. The store sells to individuals and in bulk, with discounts for funeral homes, organisations and government agencies, and wholesale accounts for resellers. It suits veterans' families honouring a service member, funeral directors and military units. Read the return rules before ordering: cases with a face plate or medallion attached can't be returned, and most returns carry a restocking fee.
Flags Connections shipping and returns
| Shipping | Orders are processed quickly and addresses can't be changed after ordering; a $10-$15 fee applies if a carrier has to correct an invalid address. |
|---|---|
| Returns | Unused flags and flagpoles can be returned within 14 days, less shipping; flag cases also carry a 20% restocking fee, and personalized or fitted cases can't be returned. |

- Measure your folded flag and choose the case size to match (3x5, 4x6, 5x8 or 5x9.5 ft).
