Growatt is a Chinese solar company, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Guangdong, best known for its solar inverters. It has offices in the US and several other countries and says it serves millions of users in over 180 countries. Its US portable-power store is run by Hong Kong Growatt New Energy Co., Ltd. The company moved into portable power in 2022, launching the INFINITY 1500 power station in the US first.
The range covers portable power stations, from the compact VITA 550 for camping trips to the INFINITY series and the large HELIOS 3600 for home backup, alongside folding solar panels and solar generator bundles that pair a station with panels. The site also has guides for RV and home backup use and a wholesale enquiry page.
Orders ship free from Growatt's US warehouse to the contiguous US; Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and military addresses aren't served. Items bought directly from the store carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: you need an RMA number and the original packaging, and returns that aren't for a fault are charged a 5% fee plus shipping. Warranty length varies by product, so check the product page.
