Jinchan is a home textiles brand that says it began as a curtain workshop in 1988. Its US store sells mainly curtains: linen-blend, sheer, blackout, velvet, embroidered, floral and botanical prints, kitchen curtains, 3-in-1 panels that hang by grommet, rod pocket or back tab, and seasonal designs such as Christmas curtains. It also makes custom-size curtains, plus rugs and shower curtains, so you can match a room.
Most curtains are sold in pairs of panels, and the collections are arranged by color, style and room. Prices are in US dollars.
Most orders ship from its California warehouse with free standard shipping, arriving in about 4 to 7 business days, and expedited shipping costs $12.99. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days after you contact the company for an RMA number and label; a processing fee comes off free returns, you pay postage for non-faulty returns, and custom-size and sale items generally can't be returned. Damaged goods need photos. Support is by email.
