Parts Geek is an online auto parts store run by Parts Geek, LLC, which was formed in 2008 and has its corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada. It sells OEM, stock replacement and aftermarket parts for domestic and import cars and trucks, from brake pads and filters to sensors, switches and valves. You can shop by vehicle make and model or by part, and the catalog lists the brands for each part.
Orders ship on business days within the 48 contiguous states. Ground orders usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days and truck freight in 7 to 12. Some air-freight items can go to Alaska and Hawaii, but there is no shipping to PO boxes, Canada or other countries, and orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed.
Returns are accepted within 30 days with an RMA number for new, unused parts in their original packaging. Installed and electrical parts can't be returned, and a 20% restocking fee can apply. Remanufactured parts carry a core charge, refunded when you send the old part back within 30 days. Its website blocks automated visits, so check costs at checkout.
