Secret Element is a small US supplement brand selling direct through secretelement.com. Despite the name, it is not an adult store. The site is run by Wealthgenn Inc, and returns go to an address in South River, New Jersey.
The range is short: citrus bergamot capsules, sea moss capsules, sea moss with black seed oil, berberine capsules, a magnesium complex in capsules, magnesium gummies and creatine monohydrate gummies. The site has a 'Science Behind' page where the brand explains its ingredients.
Prices are in US dollars. It suits people who already know which supplement they want and would like to buy from the brand rather than a marketplace. Supplements aren't a substitute for medical advice, so check the label and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you take medication. Note the return rules: opened jars can't be returned, and return postage comes out of your refund. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact the brand straight away.
| Returns | 30 days from delivery to request a return of unopened items; opened jars aren't refundable and return postage is deducted from the refund. |

Target, Best Buy and Costco will refund the difference if their own price falls soon after you buy. Walmart.com and Amazon generally won't. None of it is a legal right, so here's how each policy works before Black Friday.
