Kurtens is a curtain brand with French roots that makes every panel to measure, down to the centimeter. Its range is built around function: a 3-in-1 curtain that blocks light, keeps heat in and dampens noise, a heavier soundproof acoustic curtain, a thinner single-layer blackout, and lighter linen-look curtains that filter light. It suits renters and homeowners dealing with drafty windows, street noise or a bedroom that needs to be properly dark, and anyone whose windows don't match off-the-shelf sizes.

On the US version of the site prices show in US dollars. Its shipping policy says US orders are sold by WAVE LLC, a New Mexico company, so a US delivery counts as a domestic sale with no import duties to pay. Curtains are made after you order, which takes 5 to 7 business days before dispatch. Because they're cut to your size, the policy says made-to-measure curtains are excluded from the usual right to cancel, so measure carefully.

You give your width and height in centimeters, choose a heading style and color, and the curtain is cut to that size.
