Buyers can post a Request for Quotation to get bids from several matching suppliers, search by image, and use the site's dropshipping and logistics services.
It suits small businesses, online sellers and procurement teams buying in bulk, not someone after a single item. Orders paid on the platform can be covered by Trade Assurance, which holds payment until the buyer confirms receipt and offers refunds if goods don't ship or arrive with problems.
