US orders ship from Shining 3D Technology's warehouse in San Leandro, California, by DHL, FedEx, UPS or ePacket. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, transit usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and the shipping policy lists no shipping fee for scanners and accessories within the US. Sales tax is charged at checkout for California and Florida.

Support includes a help center, ticket system, community forum and one-to-one video calls with the support team. Unused items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery in their original packaging. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, but not if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refurbished scanners offer a lower-cost way into the range.
