About Faro
Faro is an online tool for website owners, marketers and agencies who want to know how their site looks to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. You enter a web address and Faro runs 54 checks across seven categories, including crawler permissions, structured data, content discoverability and pricing transparency, then gives the site a score out of 100, a letter grade and a list of fixes in priority order.
The scan itself is free, with no card needed: you get three scans a day without an account and unlimited scans once you sign up, plus ten free tools such as an llms.txt generator, an AI schema creator, a robots.txt analyzer and a competitor comparison. Paid plans add saved history and weekly monitoring. Pro covers one domain, re-scans it every Monday and emails you if the score drops or an AI crawler gets blocked. Agency covers up to 25 domains with 25 team seats, white-label PDF reports and the AEO Citation Monitor, which tracks whether AI assistants cite or mention your brand.
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and the terms are governed by Delaware law. It's a web app, so it works from anywhere, including the UK.
