About grace & stella
grace & stella makes vegan, cruelty-free skincare. Its range includes under-eye and eye masks, hyaluronic acid serum, face wash, cleansing balm, a Dead Sea mud mask, hydrocolloid pimple patches, lip butters, a foot peel mask, rose spray and gift sets.
The brand describes its products as ethically and sustainably produced, and it is also sold in retail stores across the US and Canada, which you can find with the store locator on its site.
US shipping is $5.99 on orders under $25 and free above that, with delivery in 2 to 4 days. Returns come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from when you receive your order: you email support with the reason and don't need to send the product back. Refunds are given as store credit or to your original payment method, while final sale items and free gifts can't be returned. Support is handled by email and a chat page on the site, and there's an FAQ covering orders and products.
