Hitch Fit is an online personal training business started in 2009 by Micah and Diana LaCerte, a married couple of personal trainers and WBFF Pro fitness models based in Kansas City, Missouri. Alongside the online coaching they run one-to-one training studios in the Kansas City area.
The main products are custom coaching plans, usually 12 or 16 weeks long, with longer 24 and 36-week options on some plans. After buying, you fill in a questionnaire and send starting photos, and Micah or Diana write a workout plan and a diet plan for you, delivered by email within about 3-5 days. Plans include unlimited email support and downloadable guides covering cardio, supplements, mental preparation and maintenance, plus the Hitch Fit book. There are programmes for building muscle, general fitness, over-40s, couples, brides, gluten-free and vegetarian eating, faith-based fitness and competition prep. Prices on the shop run from $97.99 for a four-week Stay On Track plan to about $378-$468 for most 12 and 16-week plans, with competition prep and the Inner Circle mentoring programme costing considerably more.
It suits people who want a structured plan and regular check-ins without a gym membership tie-in: workouts can be done at home with dumbbells and a bench, or at a gym. Everything is delivered digitally, so there is nothing to ship, and prices are in US dollars.
