About Homestyler
Homestyler is an online 3D interior design tool. You draw a floor plan or upload a 2D one, and it turns it into an editable 3D model that you can furnish with 3D models of real furniture and then render as a finished picture. It runs in a web browser, with a home design app for iOS and Android too.
The tool began life at Autodesk, which launched it as an online home design tool in 2010. Easyhome bought it in 2016, Alibaba Group invested alongside Easyhome in 2019, and since 2023 it has added AI design features. The company behind it is registered in Shanghai.
The Basic plan is free and includes the 3D floor planner and unlimited 1K renders. Paid individual plans start at $6.80 a month for Pro+ and $11.80 a month for Master+, with Team plans from $19.90 per seat a month and custom pricing for businesses. Students and teachers can get 35% off individual memberships, and recent graduates 20%, though monthly subscriptions are excluded. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.
