HouseFloral, also trading as House by JSD, is a faux flower shop that its own About page says began in 2010 as a small retail store in Lexington, Kentucky, set up by three floral designers. It now sells mostly online and says it picks each stem for how it looks in a real room.
The shop is built around single faux stems you can arrange yourself: hydrangeas, anemones, poppies, magnolia, lilac, hyacinth, rose buds and tulips, plus branches such as dogwood and budding blossom, trailing ivy and outdoor-rated berry stems. Stems are listed by height, which helps when you're filling a particular vase. There are also bundles of several stems, finished arrangements in containers, and seasonal decor such as connectable LED cluster light garlands with a timer and remote.
Orders go out Monday to Friday, usually the same or next business day, by UPS or USPS, and shipping is worked out at checkout, with international delivery available (buyers pay any import taxes). Returns are tight: items must be mailed back in a sturdy box within 7 days of delivery, and shipping fees aren't refunded. Report missing items within 72 hours and damage straight away, with photos.
