The brand started out as Cartizan in Hong Kong in 2009, making CarPlay decoder products, and launched its first AI Box in 2020. It also runs regional sites in Europe and Asia, and a companion Ottopilot app.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping costs $5.99 with an estimated 10 to 15 days for delivery, and expedited shipping costs $10 with 8 to 14 days. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and every purchase has a one-year warranty. Opened items returned for a change of mind carry a 5% restocking fee, with a $5 minimum, while confirmed defects get a full refund. Support is offered by email, phone and live chat, and there's a track-order page plus a software upgrade site for keeping adapters up to date.
