Proscenic makes home cleaning machines: robot vacuums with auto-empty stations, cordless stick vacuums, wet-dry floor washers and, new this season, a window-cleaning robot. Its customer support answers Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:30 GMT+8, and the brand ships to the US, UK and EU from local warehouses in each region.

One thing to know before you shop: proscenic.com shows its prices in euros, even for US visitors. Its shipping policy says US orders are sent from its US warehouse, typically arriving in 3 to 7 business days, though some accessories ship from China and can take 10 to 15 business days. Your card will convert the euro total at checkout.

What's worth a look

Here are six machines from the current range, with prices as shown on the site in euros.

The new Proscenic W10 Pro window-cleaning robot is listed at €179.99, with 8,000 Pa suction and six levels of safety protection. For floors, the Q20 Plus robot vacuum pairs 10,000 Pa suction with a 4-liter bagless auto-empty station at €289.99, while the Q10 with LiDAR navigation is €179.99.

If you'd rather push a vacuum yourself, the P20 OnePass cordless offers 70 kPa suction and a bendable wand for reaching under furniture at €189.99, and the P11 Ultra converts to a handheld for €119.99, down from €209.99.

The rest of the lineup follows the same pattern. The P15 cordless vacuum lists 55 kPa suction and up to 70 minutes of runtime at €159.99, and the F10 Ultra wet-dry vacuum, which cleans its own brush roll and reaches into edges, is €209.99. Proscenic has comparison pages for its cordless vacuums, robot vacuums and wet-dry vacuums, plus user manuals and unboxing videos, which are worth a look before you choose between two similar models. The site also sells accessories such as replacement parts for its machines, which matters if you plan to keep a robot vacuum running for years.

Current offers

• A 5% student discount when you verify a student email on Proscenic's student page.
• A Halloween promotion is running on product pages right now, with codes that the site says are applied automatically at checkout. Examples: the W10 Pro shows €145.99 (code TREATW10P), the P20 OnePass €135.99 (TREATP20), the Q20 Plus €189.99 (TREATQ20P) and the P11 Ultra €85.99 (TREATP11U).

How to save more

• Check the product page, not just the listing. The Halloween prices appear on each machine's own page, so open the one you want before you buy.
• Pay with a card without foreign transaction fees. Because prices are in euros, a card that charges a conversion fee adds a few percent to the cost.
• Keep the 30-day window in mind. Proscenic offers 30-day returns, but you pay return shipping on non-defective items, so pick the model carefully.
