About Blinds Express
Blinds Express sells made-to-measure window treatments online: blinds, cellular and roller shades, woven wood shades and shutters from brands including Bali, Levolor and Norm, plus its own brand and a Quick Ship range. It grew out of a family-run custom decorating business more than 45 years ago.
It's for US homeowners who want custom sizes without paying showroom prices. Prices are in US dollars, shipping is included on most products up to 84 inches wide, and it ships only within the US. Most custom orders take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, and up to 10 free swatches can be ordered first.
Blinds Express shipping and returns
| Shipping | Shipping is included on most products; wider freight items, Norm products and Alaska or Hawaii orders can cost extra. Most custom orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, Quick Ship in 5 to 7 business days. US only. |

| Returns | Custom orders can't be cancelled once in production; see the return policy on the site. |
