CityPASS sells bundled attraction tickets for 17 North American destinations, including New York, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, San Francisco, Orlando, Southern California and Toronto. It was founded in 1997 by Mike Gallagher and Mike Morey, is family owned, and is based in Victor, Idaho. It says it has served over 30 million travelers.
Each pass groups a city's major sights at a lower combined price. New York CityPASS, for example, lets you choose 5 of 10 attractions, such as the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and the Statue of Liberty, for $149 per adult and $129 per child aged 6-17, plus a $2 processing fee per ticket. Tickets arrive by email as mobile tickets, and you plan visits and make reservations in the My CityPASS app.
Passes are valid for nine consecutive days from your first visit, and you have a year from purchase to start using them. CityPASS advertises 365-day risk-free refunds and says its best prices are on its own website.
