About GOODLUUK

GOODLUUK is an online eyewear brand founded on the US West Coast. It started with frames made for Asian facial features, with refined nose pads for low nose bridges, and has since added universal-fit frames, so it now sells to a wider audience while keeping Asian fit at its core.

The range covers eyeglasses and sunglasses for men and women, shoppable by shape (cat eye, rectangle, round, square, oval, rimless and semi-rimless), by material (titanium, acetate, TR90 and mixed) and by frame size. Many frames are around $50 to $70 before lenses. You can order them with prescription lenses, including ZEISS lens packages, and the site has guides on entering your prescription, measuring your PD and choosing lens options, plus a page on using insurance or FSA/HSA funds.

GOODLUUK ships to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany and Spain. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, including the time to make your lenses, and you're responsible for any customs or import charges. Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery, with some limits on orders with higher-value lenses.

GOODLUUK shipping and returns

ShippingShips to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany and Spain; shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 days and usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days, including lens customization. Customs, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
ReturnsRequest a return or exchange by email within 30 days of delivery. Quality and fit issues get a full refund; style-preference returns have $7.90 deducted for return shipping. Orders with lenses worth over $70 can only be returned for quality issues. Returning three or more pairs from one order carries a 30% handling fee. One free lens remake within 30 days if prescription glasses feel uncomfortable.

Ways to save at GOODLUUK

  • Measure your PD and check the size guide before ordering: fit issues are refunded in full, but lens orders over $70 can't be returned for other reasons.
  • Allow up to two weeks for delivery, since lenses are made to order.
  • Check the ZEISS complete-pair and BOGO event pages for the current bundle deals.
  • If your new prescription glasses feel uncomfortable, ask for the one free lens remake within 30 days.
