Simmy is a travel eSIM app that lets you buy mobile data for more than 190 countries before or after you arrive. It compares plans from more than 500 mobile networks to pick the best price, shows cost and capability indicators for each plan, activates with one tap and lets you check how much data you have left. Plans start from $1.99, priced in US dollars.
It suits travelers with an eSIM-compatible phone who want cheap data abroad without roaming charges or hunting for a local SIM. Simmy says unused plans can be returned without conditions, and refunds may also be possible after use in some cases. The app is available in English and Japanese.
