About Timm Medical
Timm Medical sells non-surgical vacuum therapy systems for erectile dysfunction under the Osbon ErecAid and Pos-T-Vac names, which it now owns. The range covers manual and automatic pumps such as the PTV MVP 700, Osbon Esteem and PTV Automatic 3000, plus tension rings, lubricant, replacement parts, the Elitone device for men and Tabu for women. The site says its vacuum systems don't need a prescription.
It's aimed at men who want a device-based option and prefer to buy discreetly online, with device specialists available by phone for help with setup. Prices are in US dollars, and orders over $75 ship free. Premium devices come with a 5-year warranty and a 90-day return window.
