How do I contact Velotric customer service?
Call +1 888-559-3099 (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm PST). Or use the help center on the Velotric website.
Can I use more than one Velotric promo code?
Usually not: most stores, including Velotric, accept one promo code per order. Automatic deals and sale prices can often be combined with a code, so check the terms on each offer.
Does Velotric offer a first-order discount?
We don't have a first-order code for Velotric right now. Sign up for alerts and we'll email you if one lands.
Can I use a Velotric promo code on sale items?
It depends on the code. Many promo codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.
Can I combine the Velotric student discount with other offers?
Usually not with another promo code, as most stores take one code per order. Student discount often still applies to sale prices and alongside free-shipping deals, so check the terms of the student offer.
Why didn't my Velotric code work?
Most codes exclude gift cards and items already reduced, and some need a minimum spend or are for new customers only. Open Terms on the code, or tap "Didn't work?" and we'll recheck it.
Are these Velotric codes verified?
Every Velotric code here comes from Velotric itself: its own daily feed through its official affiliate program, or its own website. Each offer shows when we last checked it.
Does Promo Magpie donate to charity?
Yes. When you buy from Velotric through our links, Velotric pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the store has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order.
Does using Promo Magpie cost more?
No. You pay Velotric's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Velotric or its affiliate network, not by you.
