DiecastModelsWholesale.com has been selling scale models since 2005 from Montebello, California. The catalog is huge: cars, trucks, buses, planes, motorcycles, construction equipment and movie cars, from pocket-size 1/64 models up to large 1/18 and 1/12 replicas, plus display cases, dioramas and kits. Brands range from Mini GT, Greenlight and Maisto to Autoart and Kyosho. It suits collectors filling a shelf as well as anyone shopping for a car fan.

What's worth a look

We picked a spread of scales and prices from the new arrivals and upcoming releases.

For a small first buy, the Mini GT McLaren MCL38 from the 2024 Monaco GP is $17.99, down from $22.99. If you'd rather have something you can see across the room, the 1/18 Ferrari 12Cilindri by Polistil is $129.99 against a listed $159.99. Collectors of 1/64 cars can also build a scene with American Diorama's Grand Prix Paddock, which has LED lights.

The site is easier to shop than its size suggests. You can browse by scale (1/18, 1/24, 1/43 and 1/64 are the busiest), by make, by brand or by vehicle type. There's a long list of movie and TV cars, from Back to the Future and Knight Rider to Ghostbusters and James Bond, and racing liveries from Formula 1 to Daytona. There are aircraft from GeminiJets and farm and construction models from First Gear too. Each listing shows a stock line, so you can tell in-stock models from pre-orders. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, and the store wraps models in bubble wrap to protect the collector boxes. In 2017 it was named Diecast Dealer of the Year by a model car magazine.

Current offers

We don't have a code for this store at the moment. The site has its own Sale and Clearance sections, and many product pages show a "Was" price with the saving. The standing offer is flat-rate shipping of $9.95 for your whole order to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states. That rate doesn't apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or international orders, which are quoted at checkout.

How to save more

• Because shipping is a flat $9.95 however much you buy, it pays to group your purchases. One order of three models costs the same to ship as one.
• Check the Best Sellers and Sale sections against the brand pages. The same casting often comes in several colors at different prices.
• Keep the box sealed until you're sure. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, but only for unused items in their original packaging, and you pay the return postage.

Products, prices and offers checked on the store's own website on 27 Oct 2026. Prices and stock can change.
