US orders ship by FedEx, UPS or ePacket, usually within three business days, then take three to seven business days to arrive. Filament and accessory orders over a set amount ship free, while printers, scanners and laser cutters have a flat shipping charge per model. The Creality Cloud app and the Creality Wiki help with printing files and setup.
