Donemax is a software company that makes utilities for looking after the data on Windows PCs and Macs. It was founded in 2020 and launched its official site at the end of that year; it now says it has more than 5 million downloads and customers in over 150 countries. The address on its site is in the High-tech Zone on Jiaozi Avenue in China.
Its main products are Donemax Data Recovery (for Windows and Mac), which scans drives and memory cards for deleted or lost files; Donemax Disk Clone, for copying a whole drive to a new SSD or making a bootable clone; and Donemax Data Eraser, for wiping drives before you sell or recycle a computer. Smaller tools include NTFS for Mac, which lets a Mac write to Windows-formatted drives, the Donemax Recorder screen recorder, DMcleaner and DMmenu for Mac, and the DMtrans iPhone transfer app. Business and technician versions cover more machines.
Everything is a download, so there's no shipping. Most products have a free trial so you can check the software works on your drive before you buy, and licenses come as one-month, one-year or lifetime plans for a set number of computers. All products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, and support is by email.
| Shipping | Digital download only: the license code is emailed after purchase and the software can be re-downloaded from the site. |
|---|---|
| Returns | 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Monthly and yearly licenses renew as subscriptions until cancelled; the support center explains how to cancel. |
| Ways to pay | Checkout runs through a third-party online reseller; prices are shown in US dollars. |

It depends on the code. Many promo codes exclude items that are already reduced, so open Terms on the code before you use it.

Yes. When you buy from Donemax through our links, Donemax pays us a commission, and we give 50% of it to the charity or club you choose. We pay each cause its confirmed commission every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct), once the store has confirmed the sale, usually 30 to 90 days after the order.
No. You pay Donemax's normal price, less any discount. Our commission is paid by Donemax or its affiliate network, not by you.
Tap Get code and we copy it for you. Add your items to the cart on the Donemax website, then paste the code into the promo code box at checkout.
