Faro is a web tool that answers a question more and more site owners are asking: when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini for a recommendation, can those assistants actually read your site? You type in a web address and, in about 30 seconds, Faro runs 54 checks across seven categories, from whether AI crawlers are allowed in, to structured data, pricing transparency and trust signals. The paid plans are mostly about keeping watch. Pro saves every scan, tracks your score over time and re-scans one domain every Monday, emailing you if the score drops by 3 points or more or if GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot gets blocked. Agency stretches that to 25 domains and 25 team seats, and adds white-label PDF reports and the AEO Citation Monitor, which asks the big AI assistants the questions your buyers ask and shows whether you were cited with a link, mentioned without one, or left out.
